• Dispensation Letter: This is an authorization document issued by the Panamanian Administration that allows a crewmember to disembark for any of the following reasons:  Medically unfit, Family reasons, home country license, etc.  For more information and/or requesting a dispensation please complete the attached form and provide the required documents. • Marine technical assistance: IMD counts with a staff of qualified Marine Surveyors which are willing to attend your technical inquires regarding to any National and International Regulations, IMO Resolutions, SOLAS, MARPOL & ILO Conventions.

•   Husbandry Services: We arrange also other services in Panamanian waters as per Owner’s request such as technical inspections, repairs,hull cleaning, propeller polishing, underwater cleaning and underwater video inspections.

• Crew assistance and Repatriation procedures:
  As per Owners/Shipowners request IMD makes hotels reservation for
  staying in our country and/or books air flight tickets for a crew members repatriation.
